Unsatisfactory. : One Pair Woman Pro Shoe 2-way Stretcher L x W Size 5-10 94(shoes Stretcher)
This item was shipped in a box too small; so much so that the box was bulging by about .5 inch on opposite sides when it arrived at my door. I picked up the box and heard loose pieces knocking around inside.
I had to struggle to get the tight-fitting parts out of the box. The loose parts fell out by themselves! There was no packing slip. There was no form for exchanging or returning the item. There were no directions to show me how to assemble the various parts.
Being somewhat capable with my hands, I attempted to put the thing together. I've now spent two sessions (of what felt like 45 aggravating minutes each) doing so. My shoes remain unstretched.
The screws that span the width of the piece are too short, so I cannot stretch my shoes wider. I tried to loosen the screws, and they and the nut and washer and spring escaped to my living room floor.
Who is Crazy Cart, the merchant? Does Amazon not screen its merchants? Why did I think that buying this on Amazon would result in a satisfactory purchase?
